खोवा -- खोवा दूध से बनता है और ये बहुत ताकतवर खाद्य पदार्थ होता है। जो शरीर को हष्ट पुष्ट बनाता है। हरियाणा में ये खोवा सर्दी के मौसम में खूब खाया जाता है। इसीलिए हरियाणा के लोग हट्टे कट्टे और मजबूत कद काठी के होते हैं।
खोवा हाथ से लोहे की कड़ाही में और चूल्हे पर बनाया जाता है इसलिए इसका स्वाद भी खास होता है।
